    Private sessions will happen virtually and are available to anyone in the world.

    Nicholas will come to you and train you in the comfort of your own home. Private sessions will target the areas you want to improve upon.

    All equipment need for your workout will be provided by THE TECHNIQUE unless you prefer to use your own.

  • All house call session are 1 Hour.

VIDEO SUBSCRIPTION.

  • STRENGTH AND STYLE videos will be available soon!

    This video library will be available for access 24/7 for monthly subscribers. Each video will focus on specific targeted areas for toning. The video library will be updated monthly for clients to ensure continued results.

    For these videos all you need is a yoga mat. Clients may choose to incorporate extra accessories, but it is not necessary. You will feel the burn and fatigue of muscles with just your own body weight.

  • Monthly Video Subscription is $30 per month.

GROUP CLASSES WILL START AUGUST 15, 2023.

All training packages and sessions purchased have a 60 day expiration period starting from the date of purchase.

There is a 24-Hour cancellation policy on all sessions.
