    Private sessions will happen virtually and are available to anyone in the world.

    Nicholas will come to you and train you in the comfort of your own home. Private sessions will target the areas you want to improve upon.

    All equipment need for your workout will be provided by THE TECHNIQUE unless you prefer to use your own.

  • All house call session are 1 Hour.

GROUP CLASS.

  • GROUP CLASSES WILL BEGIN AUGUST 15, 2023.

    CLASSES WILL BE TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY at 9AM PST/12PM EST.

    Group classes will focus on full body toning, using your own body weight, incorporating a combination of STRENGTH and STYLE work. All you need is a yoga mat. Clients may choose to incorporate extra accessories to their group class workout, but it is not necessary. You will feel the burn and fatigue of muscles with just your own body weight.

    All group classes are virtual on Zoom for the moment and will be capped to a limited amount of clients per class.

All training packages and sessions purchased have a 60 day expiration period starting from the date of purchase.

There is a 24-Hour cancellation policy on all sessions.
